Loans getting cheaper
Article Category: Debt Consolidation Help and Advice
Loans are getting cheaper, according to a price comparison website.
MoneyExtra’s Robin Amlot reckons that there are great savings to be had for customers who take the trouble to shop around.
He says that, contrary to reports, the credit crunch crisis has not dented the availability of good offers and checking out the market can still pay dividends.
Figures suggest that a 76 per cent increase in savings is attainable on loans compared to the previous quarter.
Mr Amlot said: "Despite the credit crunch, it’s not only possible to make and save more money by choosing the right products, you can make and save even more now than you could three months ago."
There are other areas, including mortgages and savings accounts, where potential savings have also increased.
It would appear though, that the message about shopping around is largely falling on deaf ears, as, according to Fool.co.uk, customers are likely to spend more time choosing a holiday.
